What is our Land Title Loan about?
Our Land Title Loan is a credit facility for individuals who wish to use their land titles as security to secure finance. A mortgage is placed on the land title and revoked when the loan is cleared. Only land with a title in client’s respective name’s can access this loan.

Eligibility Requirements
- Copy of national ID.
- Original Land title
- Comprehensive land valuation report by an authorized Land surveyor
- Personal Cheque Leaves
- Placement of mortgage deed on land.
- Land search report from land registry
Financing is for land within Kampala metropolitan and major urban towns that are not more than 25km away from Kampala.
Major towns include; Mukono, Gayaza, Entebbe, Wakiso.
Minimum land / plot size of 0.072 of an acre (40ft x 80ft), subject to meeting the restriction on minimum area size in the specified area.
Maximum land / plot size of 10 acres.
The land title is strictly supposed to be in the clients names in order to get this loan facility.
